Click Marketing Solutions celebrated its 4th anniversary with a tropical treat, the Click Cabana Party: a nontraditional, unconventional, themed open house party.
We crafted a plan for a full cabana experience including invitations, name tags, signage and follow-up collateral to attendees and individuals who could not attend. Each attendee checked in at the desk with themed nametags, received a strand of flamingo and palm trees party beads, a “Copacabana” lyrics sheet and two beverage tickets.
Style: Click’s florist created custom floral arrangements that added to the Click style; brightly colored votive candles lit each office according to that office’s color theme. Tropical decorations played up the kitsch factor of the event with pink flamingos, pink flamingo lights, metallic pink flamingo decals, tropical themed inflatables and electric palm trees. Every detail coordinated with the cabana theme, from table cloths and decorations to lighting and multimedia. The food was an assortment of seafood, vegetables, fruit and other tropical tastes. A customized Absolut Apeach vodka cocktail was created, with a Click twist, and served to guests. Non-alcoholic beverages were available as well. Disco balls and spotlights completed the disco groove.
Entertainment: An in-house DJ played a customized mix of music that harmonized with the Click Cabana theme, while each room screened a different cabana themed movie to further set the mood. Absolut Apeach vodka cocktails were served by the official Click Cabana boy, with additional drinks available through a donation to the Click‘n’Run Fund. Amid the flurry of activity and sounds, guests competed in a flamingo naming contest to receive a gift bag of Click promotional products, puzzles, apparel and more.
Sendoff: At the end of the evening, guests departed with a Click Cabana goody bag filled with Click promotional products and collateral.
Post Event: Each attendee received a Thank you for attending postcard. Guests who were unable to attend received a “Sorry We Missed You” postcard with Cabana goodies. |
